Re: RE.

Im gonna dump my re agent. Dudes just not helping me like I think he should. It's like he dont want me to get a house. Contacted the Rural Housing Authority for assistance. The have some programs with down payment gifts, home ownership classes and the like. I can use all the help I can get.

Snacto Mental.

A good thing about Snacton is that its something to offer, an attempt is better than nothing. The tough bit is trying. Trying indeed.

Alien on my property.

I got a message from my agent today informing me of the new information forming. I will have no days off until 2o3o, the property is being cleaned and the intruder has been evacuated. We might make a lowball offer in a week. Danger alert: the house is next door to a Mexican mercado/carniciera/panaderia/marisco. Damn.

Acher Age.

I just stumbled upon a dream. Half acre lot with small house way back on the property. Loads of space, horses on the block, near elementary school and Thai Buddhist prayer compound. Shade trees and water well. All for under $100k. Well all my dreams are nightmarish.

My next home.

I have been through so much in the past 5 years that I would lay claim to being a new being. In that now I suffer from chronic nervitis, have lost a great percentage of my closest friends and have a new je ne' cest quois about me, I am different, improved. The true measure is calibrated when my next setbof friends serve as my sounding board and advice council.
