Meat Up.

Something happened to me. I used to be able and willing to make friends. Now I'm neither and doubt I would know what to do with them once their made. I have been tinkering with the idea of getting a group together on MEETUP.com to take me on as a project. I would call it something like "The Tony Bacon Projects" and have the interested make me do things and help me to become the coolest frood in the galaxy. We would design the club house, build the aquaponics models, erect a chillage in the back, get waylayed all over, car camp, build a pizza oven, write a novel, set up the Youtube chanel, make beer and stuff, collect friends, start a troupe, plant bamboo and make orbs out of it, scavenge, do art housey actions, fight other troupes, make furniture and maintain a pet thing zoo. We would document everything and do a documentary series. I almost have to do this.

Now seriously folks.

Seriously semi-retired. I'm scheduled to drive on Saturday and Sunday, the two busiest days of the week for a cabbie. Conservatively I'll bring in $1200 for the month. I work either Fridays and Mondays and thats another grand. As I pay down my debts to Zer0 that $22oo plus leaves me more cash to stack. I work only two Thursdays or Tuesdays out of the month and now we're talking $2700 on a $9oo nut. This is all considering I dont do anything st00pid, like get a life or something.

Time to look at this semi-retirement option a little closer. $1600 is my nut duvee. It goes down to $900. I get a sugar mamasita or 2 to move in and pay $600. I'm semi-retired!

Here comes the neighborhood.

The reason I had to buy what I bought where I had to buy it is simple. Zappos, the online retailer, just opened its campus yesterday, 15 minutes from my house. They have 15oo Zapptaliens moving in with a capacity of 2ooo. I done. I good. I done good.

Dont you love it when you come into cash! Well, I do. I just got a o% interest credit card and will do a balance transfer handover maneuver which will pocket me a tidy sum of about $50bux$ each month. I found two digital cameras and an I Phone 5S. The phone should net me $100. Ill keep the cameras for the documentaly. I know i lost a grip of coins in the Rizide but I found way more than I thought i had lost. Coins are free money, eventually-. This time I'll add up the small change and save the quarters for something nice. Stay tuned for the tally. An oversight got me a refund from the title company of $6oo. That's basically a months mortgage! Now if the folks that owe me dough pay me back, I can semi-retire.

At the WIProgress pre 1st Fri. party, I struck up a convo with a guy that had raised a quarter million for some manner of tech longshot. A vast majority of venture capital dollars return, void of value, because these pitchsters look the look and speak the speak. What a waste of money this is. A $5ooK$ investment which, even if marginally relevant, would only serve a few people for a few months. This dude assured me that my low number of $30K would get me a snicker and a pass. He said that there are nervous ticks and tells that the old money people are pre-conditioned to expect. These departments are used to seeing the soft exposed underbelly of the cow tow. I said the system is due for a change on account of the new wave of entrepreneur. I know, nothing is new under the son, but the son is new. I informed him that so few people need his idea that the financing of it would seem suspicious and that my contribution, Snacton Aquafarm, will be needed everywhere and that the sniggering would be equally suspicious. He disagreed.
