Damnesty Hinterational.
So its off to the box hunt again. Looking for a place to store my shit is a hope building exercise I could do without. I just want the security provided by the resources of normality. The upside is that the next time the team goes after a goose, we are better prepared to tree the deal. Go dogs go.

Motive Aided.
I spoke with my sales agent who spoke with the lending agent who spoke with the real estate transaction coordinator today. She said that she spoke with the listing agent who spoke with the seller. The seller is still stoked to sell. Im super stoked. I wont make moves in my new hood until I get the keys though. Once the place is mine I'll - 1) Get over to the #WORK IN PROGRESS biz development hot house. They will hear my pitch and advise upon strategery. 2)Sketch a floor plan.and a projects list for the house and water/power. 3) Go shopping for security, supplies, fruit trees, friends, a fridge and a toaster oven.
